About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Junior IT Associates to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of IT services.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Assist with network administration and maintenance
- Support cloud service deployments and migrations
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Participate in IT projects and implementations
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licences
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Any relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
